Researcher Ona Johns is tasked with
finding factual evidence that women
will become equal to men in 50 years.
Daunted by this impossible task, she
sells her soul to the devil in order to
achieve the status needed to make this
hypothetical idea a reality. Although
given an outlet to affect change on
Earth, Ona finds her trappings as
a member of the second sex are just
as profound when dealing with the
metaphysical beings that helped bring
her to power. Inspired by Christopher
ANALYTICS explores the intersection
of liberation, damnation and feminism
in the 21st century.  Written by Hayes Borkowski (VACATION, Area IV Theatre); Directed by Joshua Ellison.

     Soul Pages Book Group
at The Book Cellar

         Monday, Nov. 7th, 7 pm
November book: God and the Gay Christian, by Matthew Vines – available for purchase at The Book Cellar.

Remarkable in its affirmation of both orthodox theology and full equality for sexual minorities, God and the Gay Christian has the potential to radically change the conversation about being gay in the church.

Not only is it a convincing interpretation of key Bible texts, it is also the story of a young man navigating relationships with his family, his hometown church, and the church at large as he expresses what it means to be a faithful, gay Christian.  All are welcome.
